She received her BA in Psychology from CU-Boulder and her Masters in the Science of Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in 2001.
Michelle's areas of specialized training include sports medicine, pediatrics, oncology, trauma work, injection therapy/Biopuncture and the various psycho-emotional aspects to disease and disorder. Along with past clinic supervisions at CSTCM in Denver, Michelle has taught professional seminars to fellow acupuncturists in Nutrition, Pediatrics and Advanced Auricular (ear) Acupuncture. Her work with Pediatrics was featured on FOX 31 in 2002, and she has published articles on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Role of HIV treatment.
When not working, she may be found in the company of her wild and crazy husband Ted, and their 2 equally wild and crazy children, Owen and Ivy.
